Dr. Boldsaikhan's Humanitarian Mission: Healing Hearts Across Borders

A thought for you this Friday! What an inspiring encounter!

These are the Mongolian doctors standing beside me. Why highlight these faces? Well, Mr. Boldsaikhan, along with his family, established the "Heart Never Forgets" fund. Starting from 2020, we've been contributing to this noble cause. You might wonder, "Why Mongolia?"

At times, we tend to believe that only certain groups perform altruistic deeds. However, this man is a global example, unconditionally treating children with heart defects using his own funds. While I've known him from a distance and extended my support, it was a stroke of luck to meet him in Almaty today.

Mr. Boldsaikhan has performed surgeries on over a thousand children's hearts to date. Notably, these children aren't solely Mongolian; they hail from Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Yakutia, Tyva, and North Korea. Among these, hundreds are from abroad. He's off to Afghanistan today, bringing back two more children. If only more doctors shared his dedication.

We delved into many topics in our brief half-hour conversation. He mentioned, "I'm glad I can offer attention to entire families, not just the children." This is why he performs surgeries at home for free, supporting underprivileged families.

He added, "Businessmen, philanthropists, and large foundations support me along the way, providing lodging." In the world, a child doesn't choose where they are born or which home they come into. Therefore, each child's destiny varies!

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Boldsaikhan for his global support to children! May the world see more such doctors and kind-hearted individuals! Wishing you all a fulfilling Friday!
